Destin East Pass Jetty

The Destin Jetties are one of the most well-known and popular spots to Snorkel in Destin. This area is home to an artificial reef, housing various sea creatures. From Snapper and Pufferfish to Octopus and Crabs. The snorkeling opportunities here are plentiful due to its proximity to the East Pass Inlet, which allows water to flow between Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, thereby creating an interesting shoreline in comparison with other beaches in the area. This snorkeling spot is within easy reach of the coast. The easiest way to access this location is by parking at the end of Holiday Isle and entering through the O’Steen Public Beach Access.
